MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR UK MILITARY PERSONNEL

PROVIDING MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR UK MILITARY VETERANS, SERVING PERSONNEL AND THEIR FAMILIES

Welcome to HEAD UP, a charity whose purpose is to provide mental health support for UK military personnel and veterans. Ahead of my formal medical discharge from the British Army in November 2020 due to PTSD, my aim is to use the funds gathered by HEAD UP to build a retreat for both serving and retired members of all three services – the Army, RAF and Navy. This centre will allow members of the armed forces to receive a personalised and holistic form of mental health support that enables them to envisage and plan for a healthier future.

 WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT

Please support my campaign to create an armed forces charity that provides genuine mental health support for UK military personnel and veterans by getting in touch with me, Paul Minter, or by making a contribution to Head Up’s donations page.
