Wellness Presentations and Events
We offer mental health and wellbeing talks to workplaces and organisations free-of-charge. We ask non-military businesses for a donation of your choosing towards the charity. If you have an event in the calendar and think Head Up could benefit from attending or you are happy to promote the charity on our behalf, please get in touch via email.

We have teamed up with one of the UK's most popular sportswear brands Gymshark. We are currently carrying out wellness days for veterans and members of the Armed Forces, at their London store on Regents Street. 3-Day Retreats at Harcombe House
Head Up have teamed up with the Firefighters Charity and will be hosting 3-day retreats for veterans and members of the Armed Forces at Harcombe House, Devon. The three days will consist of multiple ways we can improve our mental health.
